About Us
The North Bay Employment Connection (NBEC) is a collaboration between the four
Workforce Investment Boards of Sonoma, Solano, Napa, and Marin counties in the
northern San Francisco Bay area of California. As a collaborative NBEC and its
core partners are dedicated to:
- Providing businesses and industries with access to a pool of skilled workers
- Offering job seekers access to job opportunities and the related education, training
and support needed for today’s careers
- Making timely labor market information and workforce services available to encourage
economic growth in our region
At any of our “One-Stop Centers” conveniently located in Sonoma, Solano, Napa
and Marin Counties, you can “make the connection” by taking advantage of our many
job-related services. These services provide complete coverage of the needs of
job seekers and employers-and most are offered at no cost.
